DIY: Braided Beaded Bracelet

I really loved the outcome of this bracelet so I decided that I would share it.

I got this inspiration from YouTuber Anneorshine. The video that inspired the above creation was her DIY boho arm candy wrap bracelet video. Of course, I had to put my own spin on the project so instead of making a wrap bracelet I decided to just make a single one and use square/ rectangle beads instead of round ones.

Materials needed for this project include: beads of your liking, colored cords/hemp, cord ends, clasps, jump rings, measuring tapes, scissors and pliers

INSTRUCTIONS
1) Cut 3 strands of 9" cords
2) Braid 3 cords together making 2-3 regular braids and place braids in cord end
3) Close cord end down on braided cord with pliers
4) Anchor or secure cord end to table or clipboard in order to hold bracelet in place
5) Bring left cord to center and add a bead
6) Bring right string to center then bring left side to center and add another bead
7) Repeat this process until you have obtained the bracelet length you want - remember to always add the bead to the left string not the right one
8) Add 2-3 regular braids and place braids in cord end
9) Close cord end down on braided cords with pliers
10) Add clasp to cord ends with jump rings

Now you're finished. Enjoy your new bracelet.

TIP: Be creative with the pattern and use thicker cords on bigger beads and thinner cords on smaller beads

Until next time, allow inspiration to find you!
