Recipe Box: Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls



Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls 

Ingredients
9 lasagna noodles 
15oz Alfredo sauce (Classico Four Cheese Alfredo)
15oz ricotta cheese 
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken 
8oz mozzarella cheese 
oregano
Italian seasoning


OPTIONAL: McCormick roasted garlic & bell pepper seasoning
Mrs. Dash onion & herb
Mrs. Dash garlic & herb 


Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. While oven is heating cook noodles according to directions on box and spray your glass baking dish with a nonstick spray of your choosing (follow directions on spray, some sprays ask that you heat the dish before adding ingredients to it). 
2) Once noodles are cooked, add ingredients to each noodle in this order: spread 1 tbsp alfredo sauce on each cooked noodle, sprinkle with seasonings, spread 2 tbsp ricotta cheese, top with chicken, sprinkle with mozzarella then roll up tightly.
3) Cover the bottom of the baking dish with a thin layer of sauce then place rolled noodles seam side down in glass baking dish. Cover with sauce, sprinkle with Italian seasoning and top with mozzarella cheese.
4) Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
5) Serve and enjoy!


FYI: The optional seasonings were used to season the chicken.
