Quick Fix: Upcycled Plastic Bag Holder

If you're like me you have plenty of plastic bags from the grocery store just piling up. It got to the point that I had bags falling out of the cabinets when I opened them. Now that's no good. Today I'm going to share with you how I store all of these bags.

This idea came to me after a grocery trip and I had all these plastic bags on my countertop. I had just used the last kitchen trash bag and now had an empty box. Light bulb moment! Instead of buying a plastic bag bin or some other type of storage container which I was thinking about doing I opted to clean this mess off my counter by storing the bags in this box. I mean why not? All I had to do was ball the plastic bags up and stuff as many as I possibly could into the box without tearing it. Easy peasy. You'd be surprised at how many bags I got in there.  I've been storing my plastic bags like this for a while and let me tell you it’s quite the space saver. Now I know you can decorate this box how you like but I typically store my plastic bags in a cabinet behind my dogs food bin so no one really knows it's there but me.
