Recipe Box: Cinnamon Swirl French Toast

Cinnamon Swirl French Toast
Serves 8
Ingredients
Pepperidge Farm cinnamon swirl bread - 8 slices
Silk vanilla soymilk - 1 cup
Large egg - 1
Directions
1) Beat egg and milk in shallow dish.
2) Dip bread in egg/ milk mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly.
3) Cook bread slices on lightly greased nonstick griddle or skillet on medium heat until browned on both sides.
4) Remove slices from griddle or skillet and top with your choice of topping: syrup, fruit, etc.
5) Serve and enjoy.
