Homemade Fried Rice

2) When rice is close to being done, start sautéing diced onion in 1 tsp of butter, sauté until onions start to caramelize/brown, place to the side
3) In same pan that onions were sautéed in, fry 2 eggs in the remaining 1 tsp of butter
4) When eggs are thoroughly cooked, add sautéed onions and cooked rice to pan - mix ingredients together
